Chase Burke & Harvey grew from a sole survey practice established in Erina on the Central Coast of New South Wales in 1973.

Taking pride in focusing our talents to provide the best possible product for our clients has built over thirty years of expertise in our field.

Today we employ professional surveyors, engineering designers, technicians, CAD specialists, and support personnel, enabling us to provide you complete planning, land surveying, civil engineering and construction services.

The two principals, Ian Harvey and Rod Fletcher, create the strong foundation upon which our team is built.

Ian Harvey, with over 30 years experience as a Registered Surveyor (including 8 years in construction with NSW Dept Main Roads and 20 years in private practice), provides broad and extensive experience in large construction projects, engineering & cadastral surveys and property development. Ian manages all the survey activities of Chase Burke & Harvey.

Rod Fletcher brings a sound grounding of 8 years in local government which included design of water & sewer reticulation, urban & rural road/storm water drainage, intersection design. This is coupled with over 13 years private practice in engineering design and documentation of civil works for small and large projects. Rod manages all the civil design needs of Chase Burke & Harvey's clients.
