33 LOT Subdivision - Cooranbong Region
This subdivision typifies the ‘from concept
to completion’ project services offered by Chase Burke & Harvey.
Firstly a detail survey of lands was prepared to assess the
subdivision potential of the land. In consultation with the client
Chase Burke & Harvey then prepared a subdivision design of 33 lots
and associated access ways.
Full plans and documentation for
Development Application were then prepared and submitted by our
office on behalf of the client. Chase Burke & Harvey undertook all
associated survey work, co-ordinated sub-consultants, designed the
stormwater drainage, water & sewer reticulation, organised approvals
from the local Council and Hunter Water for the Construction
Certificate.
Chase Burke & Harvey prepared the Schedule
of Quantities for tendering purposes and construction of the
subdivision is now nearing completion. The subdivision is planned
for release in mid 2005.
