Erina Fair Shopping Centre

This was large retail project which illustrates Chase Burke & Harvey’s broad range of services in construction projects. Chase Burke & Harvey were project surveyors during the $210 million redevelopment and expansion of Erina Fair shopping centre.

At completion of the project, the centre had 130 new specialty stores, supermarket, community facilities (branch library, community hall, youth recreation centre), medical centre, ice skating rink, health and fitness club, multi-deck car park and a civic square.

Survey works during construction included set out of piling, formwork, structural steel, internal & external walls, as built surveys during construction progress and PCA surveys for leasing purposes.

Chase Burke & Harvey even set out the line marking for the ice skating rink! The redevelopment was completed in December 2003.
