Introduction:

Over the last three months projects of note undertaken by Chase Burke & Harvey include a thirty three lot rural residential community subdivision, mapping of two large NSW Department of Fisheries' properties, construction setout and quality measurement for two NSW Roads & Traffic Authority road works contracts and construction setout for the extension of Bay Village  Shopping Complex at Bateau Bay.

Between 2003-2004 Chase Burke & Harvey carried out a large  acquisition survey of 5.3 km long at Kurri Kurri for NSW Roads & Traffic Authority (part of the extension of the F3 freeway between Seahampton & Branxton) and were the Project Surveyors for the Erina Fair Shopping Complex extensions.

Prior to 2003, Chase Burke & Harvey has provided residential subdivision services for a number of clients at sites in Gwandalan (175 lots), Terrigal (50 lots), Bateau Bay (50 lots) and Kincumber (28 lots). Other projects included very large topographical and engineering surveys of the Mt Penang Parklands site and Avoca Drive.
